The Info he is pulling from Event Log - Applications is
the same i am getting, just a generic "It Didnt work"
error.

I also am getting these Cannot Apply Patch errors. I may
have caused this problem myself however. I installed a
application that replaced some file that Outlook 2003
needed with a older version. the older version caused
Outlook 2003 to be Crash-Happy. I used System Restore to
backstep to a functional point where outlook wasn't
crashing any longer. problem is that i updated Office
2003 first to try and fix it. then i did the system
restore.. somthing got crosswise and now its having a
issue.

I do get the same error output in Eventlog - Apps.
