Can you put both log files generated by the failed patch attempt
(OHotfix(0000x).log and OHotfix(0000x)_Msi.log where 'x' is a number) in a
Zip file and email them to me. I'll take a look at them to determine the
cause of the failure. My email is sloanc.online@microsoft.com (remove the
'.online' before sending). The MSI file can be pretty large; so the
compression will help a lot to get it through my email server.
