    I have tried many times to upgrade my office 2000 pro software--- uninstall
    reinstall etc etc
    Always get errror.

    This time downloaded o2ksr1a.exe & starrted install--- got error with
    reference to the attached file.
    Seems there is some file size error ( same general result for all update
    tries)

    Any suggestions???? Is it some restricted software??? Got it at a good
    retailer.--
