I have the same issue with Office XP on two machines. I
do have the CD's and I have tried the repair option and
re-installed several times with no help. Like Matt, when
I try to access any Office XP program, it asks for the
CD. Unlike Matt, it does not happen all the time,
probably three times per week. If I don't insert the CD,
the program terminates with the error "has not been
installed for current user". I tried the fix in the
knowledge base 322206, without luck. This happens on
BOTH my Windows XP and Windows 98 machines. This has
been very frustrating. I had no issues with previous
Office 97.
Please help!
