No, updates should be supported, just not upgrades to the next major
release. Would you post back with how you're trying to update? Are you
using the automatic update utility on the Web site, or are you downloading
each update directly and installing it? Whichever you're trying, try the
alternative method as a workaround. If you can't get it patched, post back
with exactly what the error message says, and at what point in the patch
process.
