This is one of the compressed files on your Office Professional 2003 CD. If
you're seeing a prompt to provide this file, then you likely chose to remove
the \MSOCACHE folder after installation. Office 2003 has a new Setup
feature that copies the source files to the local hard drive as long as your
hard drive has adequate free disk space. If these files are not removed,
then there will never be a need to insert the CD.

You'll find more information about this feature in the KB article at
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;830168.
Instructions on how to restore the files in the \MSOCACHE folder are
contained in the KB article at
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;826712.
