I have a user with the exact same problem today - although it is when
creating a new document not using a special template. No matter what
I do the bottom 3 inches of the document are cut off during print.
PLus although the text looks centered on the page in Print Preview -
it prints skewed to the right so that the text is cut off by the edge
of the page.
