The exact same thing happened to me last night! I sent MICROSOFT an email asking for help. Clearing something with the SP3 is causing this. I am in a continuous loop of the following:

"A program is trying to access your Outlook Address Book." If unexpected, click NO as it may be a virus."

I click NO, then I get:

"Outlook has experienced an error and needs to restart."

It restarts an then I get:

"Send Error report to Microsoft." (which I have done)

Then it starts all over....I can't keep Outlook open long enough to do anything.

I hope they address this soon!
