The article hasn't yet been updated. Most Knowledge Base articles appear to
be disconnected, so it usually takes Microsoft awhile to get to all of them.
I suspect that there are probably some non-critical updates that haven't
gotten into the list, as well. But I'll report this and see if it gets
updated.

There's only an "order" if the requirements for a particular patch say it
requires some preexisting patch or update. If you're not sure, then go in
date order.
