As I posted. It is a canned answer when it comes to Office Enterprise
There is a fix for your issue but it concerns Office 2007. Might give it a whirl since it also works for a few using Office 2007

Thanks for your response. My software is not pirated. I received it as part
of my membership to the Microsoft partner program. I am with a corporation.
I will refer to the articles for where to get assistance. I figured what
ever is going on with the "Please wait while it configures" is not unique to
2007 enterprise since I see others get the message with many different
versions of Office.

Sorry but we do not know if it is Pirated or not. You should have gotten these
instructions as above on your Home Program purchase from your Company
