Thanks JoAnn Pauls, but 1 short question

Thanks JoAnn Pauls.
Does my previous use of my product key number in the retail box count one
and the reinstall count as the second of the three PC user granted? I have 3
PC's.
Question 2. Does MS recognize reinstall as the same PC and not count the
second install against the three PC users granted.

Uninstall both the trial version and the paid version. Reboot. Install the
paid version.

I activated a trial version of Microsoft Office Home and Student 2007 on my
new netbook by purchasing a retail copy of Microsoft Office Home and
Student
2007 and entering the product key in the box. This was on March 18, 2009,
just before I went on vacation. The product key was accepted and Word and
Excel worked well that day. I was online with the netbook at the time.
I
have activated other MS software before without any problems. A few days
ago
while on the vacation I tried to use Word and Excel on it for the first
time
and it requested a product key and noted I only had so many uses left. I
could reenter the product key I suppose but doesn't that count against my
number. The box notes it is good for up to 3 PC's.
Also, should I delete the version that came with the netbook with Windows
add/delete and reinstall from the retail box?
Thanks.
