Office Enterprise is not available from retail - it is an Enterprise only
copy that you must purchase through the Home Use Program from your employer.
If you purchased this from your employer and are attempting to reinstall on
a second computer, the license only allows for one install on a single
computer. Consult your employer for assistance with this issue.

If this is indeed a "retail" version, then you have been duped into
purchasing a non-viable Office version.

Most people never read the EULA that comes with each "lease" of the software.This EULA actually differs from version to version of XP.If you have purchased a System where XP was pre-installed the agreement basically says it can only be used on this system.If you purchase a Retail OEM version it basically says you can only use it on the 1st system you install it on...but MS allows you to reinstall on another system if your 1st system breaks down....If you purchase a Full or Upgrade Retail Version you can install as often as you like on as many machines as you like....but on only one at a time...having to remove from the previous before installing onto the new. ... I have XP on one machine, and Win98 on the other. ...
