I don't think so. This link is in reference to an Access ODBC problem if I

I have researched thiserrormessage and I did find one reference that said
in effect that I was missing .net framework 2.0 but when I tried toinstall
it Vista reported that it is already installed. However when I look it does
not show up as an installed program.

This is a first timeinstallofOffice2007 on a cleaninstallof Vista
Business.
