Mary, I have done everyone of the things that are suggested in this article
but it will not solve the problem. Still get the error message.

Do you have any other suggestions?

Attempting to re-install Office 2003 Pro I get the following Error Message

1402:
Error 1402, Setup cannot open the registry key UNKNOWN\.wll. Verify that
you have sufficient permissions to access the registry or contact your
information technology dept. for assistance.

This happens comes up when the program is Registering extension
servers.....

I have tried to install with a clean boot as well as tried other options
and
get the same error.

Can anyone PLEASE help?
