Microsoft Word has not been installed...

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

Hi Guys,
I am a computer idiot, running XP Home Edition with Office 2003. It has
all been working fine for the last few months, but when I open up Word I
recieve the error that:
'Microsoft Office Word has not been installed for the current user.
Please run setup to install the application'

I removed all traces of Office, but it's still there on reinstilation.
All of these actions were taken from the Admin account. Oddly, whilst
it doesnt work on the admin account, it works fine on the restricted
use accounts.

I understand its something to do with permissions, but could someone
give me a simple guide as to what to do to solve it?

Cheers,
Thone00
