I am running Vista Home Premium, attempting to install Office 2007 Enterprise
(Office Professional Edition 2003 is already installed, so I'm performing an
upgrade). After loading the DVD, keying the license key (accepted), and
waiting for 15 minutes or so, the install is rolled back with an "Error
1712.One or more of the files required to restore your computer to its
previous state could not be found. Restoration will not be possible." I've
tried rebooting several times, perfomed a CheckDisk... nothing seems to work.
Does anybody have a clue for me?

It was purchased from MS through my employer.
