Hi Adam,
Thanks for your update and sorry for the delayed response due to the
weekend.
When performing a clean remove, we strongly recommend you to remove all
Office 2003 stand alone components. This will avoid some unexpected
consequence, and give the installation a totally clean enviroment.
If you still have problems after clean remove and reinstall, please feel
