According to Microsoft Typography.
http://www.microsoft.com/typography/fonts/font.aspx?FID=36&FNAME=PMingLiU&FVER=3.00,
PMingLiU came with Access 2000, Excel 2000, FrontPage 2000, Office 2000
Premium, Outlook 2000, PowerPoint 2000, Word 2000.
Not all fonts are free. If you don't have any of those programs, you may
have to purchase it. And it seems like fonts often come in packages and are
not cheap. It seems to be an "international" font so maybe that will help
you diagnose the problem. (I wish I could but I've given you all I have.)

I have Office 2000. When installing the software, it does not always work.
Sometimes the installation program asks to verify if I have a true type
font
on the following location: C:\Windows\Fonts\pmingliu.ttf. When I check
there is nothing on my computer by that name. When I research the web, I
cannot find anyone who has had this problem, and/or knows where I can go
to
download the font. As a result, I cannot install a software program that
I
paid a pretty penny for. Any out there knows what to do, or have any
suggestions? Please reply and/or email me at NYCPolice3@xxxxxxxx Thank
you!
