Hi Herbert,

I'm not clear if this is installing MS Office 2000 or if you're using a
3rd party add-in and trying to install it.

Error 1324 issues often relate to a Windows problem with some long file
names, but the solution can vary by Windows version, among
other things. See if this article, or the one it links to at the bottom
of the article applies.
