That many changes and it's going to be considered a new installation. I
think I've read that the mobo is the big one.
You can try calling Microsoft when you activate it but no guarantees.

I got a new laptop last month with office student installed...so I bit the
bullet and purchased full retail version of Office 2003. Installed it on
my
laptop and desktop per Eula
Having been dazzled by the laptop speed and performance...I am going to
upgrade my desktop from PentiumIII - 512 mg ram to a new mother board -
Pentium IV combo and 1.5 gig ram. I think I read somewhere that this
would
be a 3rd activation even though it's on the same desktop as activation #2
?
Can anyone tell me how to go about this with Microsoft's blessing so I
don't
end up having to spend another $300+ dollars to re-install Office 2003 on
the same desktop..albeit...upgraded ?
Thanks, Tim R
