Access 2003 Runtime Issue

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

Hi All

I've installed the Access 2003 runtime on a windows XP Pro box. Applied the
patch from the website and rebooted. First time I start the application
under any user, I get a dialog box "Please wait while windows configures
Microsoft Office Access 2003 Runtime".

Is there a way to remove this box so that multiple users can log onto the
computer and run the app?

Thanks.
