Hi Clapham,
Your problem may not be identical to this user's problem. You need to first explain your problem in detail with any exact error messages you see. You also need to clarify the writing on your CD, this will avoid needing the "about" box to work.

I have a similar problem and have been fumbling around on the MS site to no avail.
I decided to let the expert help me. The first thing that they wanted to know was the number to be found in the "about" section of the "Help" drop down.
How to get it? START the program! BUT I CAN'T INSTAL IT, THICKHEADS.
What a useless organisation.
I'll stop before I have apoplexy or something. Anyone have the knowledge - Please help.
