Does that dialogue offer you the choice to cancel, continue or ignore? What

After furious head scratching, Phill@bh-uk asked:
| I am trying to install service pack 3 for Office XP Professional.
| Every time I run the installer I get the same error message. The
| message says:
| Error 1328. Error applying patch to file C:\Config.Msi\PT20A.tmp. It
| has probably been updated by other means, and can no longer be
| modified by this patch. For more information contact your patch
| vendor.
| I have looked in the knowledgebase for error 1328, however there are
| no relevant answers. I only installed windows yesterday, and office
| as well. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this?
