Hi W.B.,
It's not clear what your goal is for disabling this View choice.
If a document has markup, then to help protect the author
or company it would be good to know that there is possible
personal data (Tools=>Options=>Security) and you'd still
be able to print it from File=>Print and it would be
available through Tools=>Track Changes.

I am doing a rollout of office 2003. I ould like to by default disable the
markup option on the 'view' menu. If I disable on the view menu close office
and reopen it reenables its self how can I disable this by default, can it
be done by a GPO
