How do I re-install Office Pro 2003?

I installed Office 2003 Pro-Academic two days ago. It seemed to be O.K.
Yesterday, I got a prompt to "install" it again. This time when I entered
the product code, it told me that the code wasn't any good. The company I
bought the versions from , seems to be A.O.K. What in the devil do I do?
Don't be too quick with me, I am neither bright nor fast, most certainly so
with computers.
