Hi Sipke.,
After saving the file, if you toggle to show field
codes (Alt+F9) what does the
path to your document show in that field compared to
what it reads when you first set it up?
You're using UNC rather than mapped drives?

Hi,
We have a strange effect for all German word documents on all pc´s (I tested
6 of them) ; setting an intranet link in a word document (i.e.)
\\server\share\temp\Abwesenheitsassistentneu.doc we are able to use it.
After saving the document and opening again and pressing the link we get
always following text: The address of this link is not valid. Check the
address and try again.
i hope someone can give me any information about this,
Regards
Sipke>>
