You can get that type of error for mso97.dll
from the reasons in this article, but basically
if the registry is pointing to a wrong location
or setup of Office 97 has been run to change
features without reinstalling the Service Releases/updates
for Office 97.

When trying to run powerpoint get error "required MSO97.dll
missing".

But it IS RIGHT THERE where it is supposed to be!!!!

Any ideas why it can't find it? Trying to open a .pps from email
if that matters. Word, Excel work find, but PP will not open on
its own either.

Thanks!!! >>
