Unable to install Office 2003? "Internal error 2721", pls resolve!

Hi i have recently bought an Office 2003 to update Office 2000, however the
program fails to install. "Internal Error 2721" msg is displayed on screen. I
tried uninstalling Office 200 & 2003 programs however they are unable to
install. Please could someone help to resolve this, as the Office program is
no longer able to work much to my inconvenience and annoyance. Many Thanks Sam
