Hi,
Here is an alternate:
1. Click Start, Run, and type regedit and click OK.
2. Navigate to the following key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image
File Execution Options
3. You will find htmlmarq.ocx and htmlmm.ocx separate keys. Rename
them to something else, ie. htmlmarq.tmp and htmlmm.tmp.
This will resolve the issue.
