I think the workstation is passing credentials, but I don't think
authentication is the problem, so it really doesn't matter. Since you can
access themailbox, it's unlikely to be credential problem.

What OS is installed and do you have terminal services enabled? If so, find
the NoOst key and change it to 1. It should be at
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Outlook\OST I think.
