First, thank you for clarifying that one user account can indeed have several
different profiles for Outlook, each having their own Exchange Server
Account. My mistake, to be sure.

I created the new profile (naming it TEST) and added the Exchange Server
Account to it using the wizard it prompts me with initially. The same errors
occur. I tried changing to "prompt for credentials..." and sure enough, it
prompted me for them each time, but returned the same error. Strangely
enough, check this out:

I have it set to deliver to "Mailbox - Joe McCann", and to prompt for
password every time. When I start up Outlook I get the same error ("Unable
to open your default e-mail folders" along with some helpful advice about
accessing Outlook through a terminal server, which I am not using by the way)
but it pops up before I've given it my Username and Password. I mean, the
User/pass dialog box comes up, and behind it this error message box pops up.
So it seems like it's not even trying to talk to the exchange server...
certainly it hasn't passed it my credentials yet since I've not inputted
them. Right?

What do you make of this?

PS: a thread this long will almost surely lead to the most simple of
