What is Location of Online Help Files

We have a proxy server that prompts us for passwords, etc
everytime we access the internet to retrieve the help
files from an Office 2003 product (since help is online) -
 Can anyone tell me the URL for these help files so we
can allow requests to through the proxy server without
prompting our users to continuously enter their user ID
and password?
