Hi Customer Service asked me to email for tech suppot. I
have a brand new computer (NIIICCCEE, LOL) with MS XP
home edition. I am trying to download my old ms office
97 disk and it is saying that the cd key is not the right
number and customer service is telling me this is an
obsolete product. I wanted to load "word" and "excel" so
I can download my old docs from the old computer. Can
you help??? I never had any trouble before downloading
this CD before. Thanks!
