Loading Multilanguage Service Pack 3

I have Office XP Professional running on Windows XP Professional. There was
a notation with Service Packs 2 and 3 that 2 updates would need to be loaded
if I had a Multilanguage version of Office.

How do I know if I need the Multilanguage update? I do have an option to
select the language, but I did not purchase any special Multilanguage
version of Office XP, just the professional version. Do I need to apply
this update or not?
