I had a qualifiying product and it was installed on my
computer. The the whole system crashed. I had to reformat
the hard drive(s), at the same time I upgraded from 98 to
XP. I am having major regrets.
I wonder if it's reasonable to expect people to keep
outdated software after we buy an upgrade?
Isn't there some record when I registered the product? If
not, why did I go through that process?
