How to export my office suite settings?

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

There is a quite large work when I reinstall my windows system and office
suite. I have to reset my signature, my safe/block sender list, MS Word &
Excel toobar, etc. Every time I reinstall the office 2007 suite, I have to do
this work again. And also I cannot to share my settings with all my colleague
and friends!

Maybe use Office Communicate Server could solve this problem, but our OS are
not Windows 2003 server so this work should be done manually.

Could anyone ever find this problem and help me on this issue?

Thanks in advance!
