Milly, thank you for the info. I have tried that and it tells me that the
"password or user is incorrect" I have ran out of clues as to how to get
into the OS, or just get the product code out of the files. I can get into
the OS in question from another OS on the same HDD, but don't know where to

User. Switch User and then type in Administrator and leave the password

After furious head scratching, jesseok asked:
