Hello,
I bought Microsoft office Home and Student 2007 and installed it on my new
laptop. It turns out that this new laptop is faulty so I am returning it
to
the manufacturer and will get a new one.
In theory, I have already used one Microsoft licence key on the faulty
laptop but I am getting rid of it: how can I make sure that I get
allocated 3
licences again?
Thank you very much
Penelope
Office Home and Student 2007 retail version (FPP on the lower right of the
activation key label or on the email license information) can be installed
onto three concurrent (at same time) computers. There is no limit on the
number of times the program can be shifted between computers (as long as
certain conditions are met and a failed machine is one of the conditions.)
OEM or MLK in the same location can only be installed on one machine and
can't be transferred to any other machine for any reason, even if it dies.
