This is an uninstall bug with Communicator 2005 and 2007. The
uninstall leaves registry entries behind.
See
http://tech.kateva.org/2008/11/outlook-manifest-add-in-bug-and-windows.html
and
http://word2007bible.herbtyson.com/2008/07/14/form-region-manifest-specifies-an-add-in-that-is-not-installed/
Manually removing the residual registry keys is the only fix.

My question is about Communicator, but I'm not sure if I can get help here.
I installed Communicator 2007 trial in XP Pro, just the trial, then
uninstalled it after it would not work with a hosted exchange account. Upon
uninstall, now my installation of Outlook gives me error messages and I can't
get rid of them. Several error messages pop up whe Outlook 2007 starts on my
XP machine. All of the error messages indicate that The Form Region
"IPM.Note.Microsoft.Conversation.Regioncannotbe opened." The form region
manifest specifies and add-in that is not installed. The Form Region
"IPM.Note.Microsoft.Conversation.Voice.Regioncannotbe opened." The form
region manifest specifies and add-in that is not installed. The Form Region
"IPM.Note.Microsoft.Missed.Regioncannotbe opened." The form region manifest
specifies and add-in that is not installed. The Form Region
"IPM.Note.Microsoft.Missed.Voice.Regioncannotbe opened." The form region
manifest specifies and add-in that is not installed.
Does anyone know how to fix this. If I do a detect and repair, I still have
the problem. Outlook still works, but this is annoying on startup. Thanks
for your help

I am on Vista Home Edition (My Home PC) but I can't seem to install it.
Display message is saying it did not install successfully then I get a new
one that asks me to restart Office Communicator but what can I restart if it
was not installed in the first place?

Office 2007 products require Windows 2003 server or WinXP SP2, or Windows
