Amazon has "Microsoft Office Small Business 2007 Medialess License Kit for System Builders - 1 pack [LICENSE ONLY]" for $198. This looks like an OEM version and may not include the same level of support as a retail version. The system builder, which would be you, is usually expected to provide support. Full link below

I have a copy of MS Office 2007 Small Business and want to install it on
another computer as well. Is it possible to purchase just the license
(preferably cheaper) and use the same software, or do I have to get a new
copy? I don't need to install on 5 or more.

But the disk that the OP has won't allow the install by using the MLK key. He would also need to purchase the MLK installation disk.
The page says "No discs are included in this package. This package contains a product key that will activate a full version of this software on a Microsoft Office-ready PC only. The product key will not activate any volume license installation or other 2007 Microsoft Office suite."

I think it is a match to what the OP has.

See here, second page: http://download.microsoft.com/download/6/5/F/65F273D5-997E-4A14-9CA8-2C0E10796184/SKUgridwebready.pdf - licensing terms heading for MLK

From: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/products/HA102240441033.aspx - "MLK: If you purchased a Media-less License Kit (MLK) separately from your "Office Ready" personal computer to license the product, the license designation can be found near the product name on the Certificate of Authenticity affixed to the back of the card with the text “Remove this Card. Product key is behind this card." located inside the front of the case for the MLK."

And: "What is a Microsoft Office Ready PC?
A Microsoft Office Ready PC is a personal computer that has a Microsoft Office Ready PC image installed. (An image is a file that contains the complete structure and contents of a disc.) This is a single image that can be converted to one of the following 2007 Microsoft Office suites: Office Basic 2007, Office Small Business 2007, and Office Professional 2007. It is also the only image that can convert to a free 60-day trial of Office Professional 2007. Microsoft Office Ready PCs are sold to customers with a media-less license kit (MLK) for the version of Office they purchase.

Unlike users who bought a copy of Microsoft Office as a boxed product from a store, separate from their computer purchase, your packaging does not include a disc. While you have the option of purchasing a recovery disc, you do not need to have a disc to have a genuine copy of Microsoft Office 2007.

You may choose to take advantage of the trial prior to making a purchase choice. In that case, if you choose to convert to a permanent copy of Microsoft Office, you will need to purchase a Microsoft Office media-less license kit (MLK) either from your computer reseller or online within 90 days of the purchase of your computer." from http://www.microsoft.com/resources/howtotell/content.aspx?displaylang=en&pg=officeready

His version does not qualify as an Office Ready PC and the OP would be purchasing a very nice piece of paper with a worthless code on it.

Gotcha, thanks. I didn't see any other medialess license kits for his product, but that doesn't mean they don't exist.
