Office Home and Student 2007 Installation Problem-Error 1046

I recently downloaded Home and Student 2007 and tried to install program on
my PC. At the 75 % installation mark I get an Error 1046 msg:"cannot write
the value to the registry key. Verify that you have sufficient permission" .
I checked "run as administrator" on the Home and Student properties, but that
still didn't work. Any suggestions?
