Accidentally Removed "File", "Tools" and "Tables" From The Toolbar

Here's what happenned... I had a heavy object sitting on the "Esc" key and I
didn't notice... Nothing would work right so I tried to repair the problem...
The result is I deleted or removed these three things from the tool bar and I
can only find a way to add items under each of these categories but I can not
find a way to put the categories back where they were... DESPERATE !!
