I converted a trial...but when I look at my purchase history, it shows
nothing. It does show the trial though.

Then you would have a setup file that you downloaded, or did you convert
a
trial?

Put the CD in the drive, it should autostart the install process.

I am trying to download office 2007 to a laptop. Purchased Office
Home
and
Student in February. How do I do this?
Michelle, since you have a converted trial on your one machine please look
at the EULA and let us know what it says about installing on another device.
To start the EULA, click on the Office button in Word, then click Word
Options at the bottom of the window that opens. Then click on Resources and
then About Microsoft Office Word 2007. In the next window will be a blue
"View the Microsoft Software License Terms."
When the window opens scroll down to Installation and Use Rights. Read and
advise us what it says.
I am hoping that you will assist all of us by copying the entire EULA for
us. The reason I am asking is that I have not been able to confirm that the
converted trial version is or is not similar to an OEM version. A retail
version could be installed onto 3 different computers while an OEM can only
be on the initial system it was installed onto.
If you want to, you can copy and paste the entire terms into a reply and we
will then be able to read it. To copy and paste the entire contents, once
the window is open with the license terms, press and hold Ctrl and tap the A
key. This will highlight the entire document. Then press and hold the Ctrl
key and press the C key. This will copy into the computer's clipboard.
Next reply to this message in the newsgroup and with the typing cursor in
the body of the message area press and hold the Ctrl key and press the V key
to copy all the information into the new message space. Send as usual.
Thank you.
