How do I install Office Ultimate 2007 over Enterprise edition

I have been looking for an answer for this for the past year now and have not
received any help.

My laptop has Office 2007 Enterprise on it. Now I wish to install my
personal purchased copy of Office Ultimate 2007 instead of it. What steps do
I need to take so that least damage is done both in terms of loss of data,
time and added applications.

What steps will I have to take and what precautions? Do I have to un-install
first or can I simply install over the former Office suite.
