Office home and student 2007

I have Office 2007 running on my Vista system. Every time I close out one of
the Office programs, I get an error message saying "Microsoft Office XXXX has
stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.
Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available."
Well, I clicked on the X to close the program. It didn't just suddenly stop
working, so why am I getting this message? Is there anything I can do to fix
it so I don't get this message every time I am finished using one of my
Office programs and try to close it out?
.
