If you are asking about buying the upgrade from your school, you really need to ask them.

Hi JoAnn,
I would also like to upgrade the student office 2007. I purchase the
program from my online college. I then change to campus school. The student
office 2007 is still in the original package the seal is intact. My school
will not accept the return. I want to up grade to the Microsoft Office 2007
Ultimat for future benefits to my career. The question if purchase via a
college for school can I upgrade and if so what are the steps to do so?
