Set the Page file to system managed.
Look up "virtual memory" in Windows Help. Click the link called
"change the size of the virtual memory paging file"
Read the instructions.

somebody please tell me which is best to do when your computer is saying virtual memory is too low and the computer is getting more? and it wont respond? is it because of the memory or something else?

Set the page file for 'System managed'.. you have more than enough free
space on the hard drive, and all being well, you will never see the message
again..

go to control panel, system, advanced, performance, advance, virtual
memory.
check custom size and set initial size to 2 and max size to 750, then
reboot.
