My Office just started crashing

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

I try to change font size in Excel and it freezes, (not responding) then I
have to close program through task manager. Also, when I try to use Word, it
tries to reinstall office? What the heck? It has worked fine in the past,
just started messing up yesterday. Today it's really doing bad. I can't find
my receipt from ordering it online (I'll never do that again) when I went
from trial version to full. I don't know where my key is. I am getting so fed
up with Microsoft. Can anyone help?
