Can't invite member to workspace

Hi, I am trying to invite a user to a workspace, but the user's name does not
show up in the list of users. The user is in the same domain that I am in.
Is it possible that this user account has an option not to be listed
anywhere? If so, is it possible for the Groove administrator to change that
setting once the account has been created? Thank you.
