No; You have to contact Dell, they are OEM editions of MS software & support
is from Dell

I purchased a Dell PC w/ preinstalled MS XP and MS Office. Unbeknownst to
me, my wife moved our Office Small Business Edition CD's from their
original
sleeves to a CD-album and threw away the sleeves. I discovered the
missing
sleeves (and Product Codes) after reformatting the hard drive and
attempting
to reinstall the software. I have the original CD's, but am missing the
Product Code. I still have the original CD's and I can prove I purchased
MS
Office legally and am reinstalling on the original hard drive (no
duplicate
installations). Can MS send me the Product Code that will allow me to
reinstall Office?
